Part of the Fact-Checking Capacity Building for Canadian Journalists, these webinars will introduce participants the basics of fact-checking, a selection of free online verification tools and integrating media literacy into journalism. Each webinar will last 90 minutes to two hours and include a dedicated question and answer segment. Attending these webinars is a requirement to be eligible for the International Fact-Checking Network mentorship portion of the program.
